The Penfield High School Cheerleading Booster Club was formed in May 2005 out of a desire to support and foster the growth and improvement of the cheerleading program. A committed group of parents and the coaching staff make up the group.

The Booster Club in its first year, hopes to lay the ground work that will allow Penfield Cheerleaders to be equally competitive with its neighboring communities, improve its overall image as a sport and gain much needed school and community support.
